I've got osteoarthritis in both knees. A knee replacement might be on the table, but I'm not quite there yet. My little capsules are doing a good job of keeping the doctors at bay.

I began using this product two months back. My awful leg and foot cramps at night are gone! I still deal with some arthritis pain in my hands, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Fingers crossed that with more time, it’ll improve. My husband is getting ready to try it for his own aches and pains. 🤞
